Welcome to Washington Gardens!

Washington Gardens, located on the east side of Hagerstown, was built in 1982 and substantially renovated in 2006. Improvements to the property focused particularly on the building envelope, including new roofs, siding and exterior stairs, as well as enhanced exterior lighting.
 
Washington Gardens is made up of 1-bedroom apartments on a single level as well as 2- and 3-story apartment buildings which feature 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartments. We also have 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom two-story townhomes available. All buildings surround a landscaped interior courtyard. The entire ten-acre site includes beautiful, mature trees on all sides. There is substantial parking on site, a large community room with kitchen, and a new children's play area.
